      Your colleagues are smart, friendly and kind. Great benefits like flexible working policies, unlimited PTO, and generally good work-life balance. Senior Management is transparent about company finances and future prospects. The software is innovative.

      Cons

      Low base pay. (But decent bonus and commission) Company is relatively slow to respond to market feedback on the software itself.
