It's based on meritocracy: do more, learn more and achieve more, then you'll earn more. Help more, and you'll have no problem to have help when needed. Respect more and you'll be respected. The mission and vision of this company are not just a bunch of words only there to look well.

Cons

Not the company for you if you only think in the terms "What can this company do for me?" Its a business company. Grow their business and you'll grow as well.
