      Pros

      We work hard, but we also play hard. We work as a team and we celebrate success as a team. Benefits include fully paid health insurance for employee and family.

      Cons

      A strong work-life balance is definitely possible, but not always easy, especially for workaholics. Quillt encourages employees to use their PTO, so employees just have to be good about taking their time.

      Pros

      - Great Benefits (Healthy 401k match, 100% paid health insurance option, great PTO) - Salary grows with you and as you progress. They consistently reward you for taking up more responsibility. - Leadership treats you like the adult you are - Flexible work times and flexible if you need to take an hour for life - Leadership cares about your work/life balance - Week between Christmas and New Year's Day off - Leadership encourages you to learn and grow And many more

      Cons

      This cons list exists only because it has to these are minor issues at best and at worst a product of the external times - Company is majority remote workers so not many people in the office if you do go in (No requirement to go in though) - Its a small internet company pivots can come fast so sometimes your work can quickly become deprecated (But it is fun to learn new things and be challenged to switch gears)

      I have been with the company (and its predecessors) for seven years. During that time, I have watched as our team has come together to utilize everyone's talents to make something truly great. The leadership team is accessible, supportive, and trusts in their team to get the job done. We work hard, but we play hard too: fun, collaborative team environment.

      Cons

      Quillt works within an industry that can present sudden changes and challenges to overcome at times. Our team has continued to excel in the midst of adversity, making iterative changes, but if you are averse to adversity and change, you may struggle here.
