Pros

The company and people are great. If you enjoy working in the live event space this is a great company to work for. The company has made a lot of changes in the past year, which has ruffled some feathers, but IMO it has been the right move. There is a need to focus on those who are leaders and want to work for the company and cut those who are complacent or complainers.

Cons

It is a global live event business so work life balance can be hard.
