Best job for developers who like diversity and learning new things. Be expected to be valued, be recognized for your accomplishments, have the freedom to learn new things, work with others who will impress and inspire you to do great things, work with excellent project managers who actually know what they are doing, have opportunities to advance and expand your skills, and receive competitive compensation.
Cons
Not only did I have to leave the company for personal reasons having nothing to do with any kind of dissatisfaction at Quoin, but what's worse - Quoin sent me off well and wished me the best for my future endeavors. And shame on them for giving me a coffee mug that reminds me daily of the good times. Simply unacceptable. But seriously - no cons. It's a great place to work.

Pros
Competitive pay, above standard intangible benefits like time off, work from home, etc (when earned by good work). People who work here are all intelligent, fun, and invested individuals in the success of the individual project and company.
Cons
Health Insurance is below average, but not terrible.
