I’ve been working at RALLY as an Account Executive and genuinely feel lucky to be part of a place that values impact, creativity, and collaboration. The work is fast paced and mission-driven, with clients who are doing good in the world, which feels very important given the current climate.
The hybrid setup is a great balance. There’s flexibility, but also enough in-person time to build connections with your team. My coworkers are smart, kind, and collaborative, and I’ve felt supported since day one.
As a person of color, I’ve felt safe and included here. I’ve seen some reviews that mention otherwise, but that hasn’t been my experience. The culture is thoughtful, and there’s a clear effort to foster inclusion and equity across the board.
