Tax deadlines are tax deadlines, but learning has been great. No egos as managers and team leads are sincere about helping you learn and get things done right & on time.
Cons
Public accounting -- long hours at times, but that's the nature of this field.

Staff members are friendly and are great people to work with. Team leads and manager invest time into their workers because they want to make sure you will succeed in your role.
Cons
Long work hours during busy season for tax and audit. As with any public accounting career it is expected to work long hours during peak times.
