      Pros

      RCI cares about their employees. They offer nonstop events, contests, education, etc. Anything they can to make their employees feel important and to be successful in their role.

      Cons

      Only downside I'd really say is if you're working on the phones....the production standards are kind of wonky if the economy goes down.
