      Pros

      RCLCO is a great place for new people entering the real estate industry. The nature of consulting means you get a lot of exposure to different topics, so you learn a lot along the way. The team itself is also great, with a good culture and strong camaraderie.

      Cons

      The job can be stressful at times of the year when there are lots of deadlines. Nothing that hasn’t been manageable, but it’s something that comes with working for different clients at the same time.
