Lots of opportunities to grow but you have to be the one who takes the initiative. Family owned company that cares about their workers. Lots of people stay a long time at RCO.

No one is just a number at RCO. It is refreshing that there are still some small companies out there who make a big industry impact, but maintain a personal feel and operate on values that encourage respect, teamwork, and ethics.

Cons

It's not a perfect company, but management is always willing to listen.
