      Pros

      Lovely people and a strong sense of community. The office space is great, and I really value the relationships I’ve built with my colleagues especially my manager, who has been very supportive.

      Cons

      It can be a stressful workplace at times, and morale within some teams can fluctuate. While this isn’t constant, there are periods where the pressure feels higher and team morale dips.

      Brilliant colleagues, variety of projects and work streams to be involved in. Would consider working again for them in the future, which is a testament to their excellence.

      Cons

      Didn't feel I had been given fair opportunities to progress to a senior role.
