Pros
Many Systems to Learn Varying Knowledge throughout the company. Good Co-workers Big backing from 3 major companies in the midwest. Unlimited Vacation - Just get your work done and know how to delegate when you need time off. On the right direction to advance the company.
Cons
Projects are vague but they are working on that. Growth is limited unless someone moves on. (Promotion wise) Sometimes lack of knowing where to draw the line with customers. Documentation is not their strong suit but they are working on it.

Pros
Great team of talent to be around and bounce ideas off each other. Always learning new things daily on the job. Ability to get hands on and be around fun technology solutions. Growing company with room for advancement. Flexible work schedule.
Cons
Fast paced work environment that is sometimes hard to plan for and stay caught up, this job is not for everyone (this goes to say about any MSP). You will have tough days with long hours trying to troubleshoot client issues in emergency situations.
