      Can be difficult being a distributor for a large manufacturer. Some aspects of shipments are Beyond RG groups control

      Pros

      Great company who hires from within. If you work really hard and care about your work it gets noticed at RG. We invest in our employees with training and providing opportunities to grow. This is a true family run business with excellent leadership and management. You are not treated like a number. This is a small business with big opportunities and capabilities. We work in relevant fields of technology ( industrial automation, fluid control, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics), distribution, manufacturing, and are growing at a sustainable rate.

      No complaints. It is a pleasure to work here.
