It is an understatement to say that working for this firm has been a complete privilege. This team of people genuinely pursues to live out their mission to revolutionize the lives of their employees and clients on a day to day basis. They will go above and beyond to care for their clients' needs, but also respect what each employee has going on personally. It's a true a gift to work somewhere where everyone is viewed as a whole person (not just an employee) and everyone's work is valued by all. Cons
The only downside I struggle with from time to time is that we are a 100% remote company. I love my teammates and wish I got to see them in person more often, however the company does have in-person retreats and conferences which provides quality together time.
