Significant investment into Riteq's new solutions and now embracing significant positive changes, Riteq has bright future and there are very experienced people joining the business.

Cons

The only current concern is Brand awareness, Riteq needs an increase in Branding activities. In particular with their NDIS capabilities.

Since being at RITEQ for over a year I have always felt like a valued member of a growing successful company. You can expect to be met with friendly co workers and a management team that encourages you to learn, progress and give you every opportunity to grow. There is a relaxed environment, the company is flexible to your needs and work hours and situated in a great location with multiple facilities close by. I feel this is a rare gem for the industry where in the past I have not felt this value or ability to progress myself. If what you are looking for is a company that keeps you busy, engaged with a variety of tasks and a high potential for upskilling yourself then RITEQ will be perfect for you

if you do not enjoy a self directed learning approach you may struggle in the short term
