      Pros

      This is an excellent team—highly professional, supportive, and consistently effective. Working from home has been a great fit, and the role has been especially meaningful and well‑suited for me as a retired veteran.

      Cons

      Overall, there are no issues significant enough to warrant negative feedback. The experience has been consistently positive. One potential enhancement would be to incorporate additional group outings to further strengthen engagement and connection.

Leadership is approachable, mission-focused, and genuinely invested in employee success. The company offers strong opportunities to work on meaningful federal programs, build client relationships, and take on increasing responsibility. I also appreciate the culture of teamwork, flexibility, and trust, especially in a hybrid work environment.

      Cons

      As with any growing company in the government contracting space, contract timelines, customer priorities, and funding cycles can sometimes create uncertainty. RIVA is doing a good job strengthening communication, standardization, and knowledge sharing, and continuing that focus will help preserve the strong culture as the company scales.
