      Pros

      Very easy & quick application, interview & hiring process, opportunity to learn many aspects of the manufacturing process . Company owners are great & willing to give opportunities to those who need it, & perhaps cannot obtain it elsewhere, reliable paycheck every week

      Cons

      A member of management is terrible, some of the co workers aren't that great either, no overtime offered
