They truly value their employees and do their best to provide raises, bonuses, time off, support, etc. I've felt cared for and felt that my voice is heard when it comes to my career wants/needs/goals.

Cons

As with most places, the squeaky wheel gets the grease and that doesn't always make for the best approach to staffing issues
