Pros
HE provides a good source of work parties and entertainment. Headquarters at Radsick village are lovely.
Cons
You put your life in danger, and you get treated like scum. I made $7 an hour and when you go to formally leave, the company doesn't give you your final paycheck. I was forced to handle it in a court of litigation.

I love working for RLI Enterprises because Ken Ippolito gave me a chance no other employer would have given me I started for Ken Ippolito in DEC 2010 as a cleaner fresh back in Canton Ohio after being gone almost 20 yrs I had no experience in cleaning but he believed i could learn with in 2 yrs not only was i one of the best cleaners he ever hired i was also good in basic maintenance as a Woman that was hard to do but i was in to learn all i can now today i am a corporate manger i love my job and my boss Ken Ippolito i am where i am today because someone believed in me .
Cons
There is not many down sides to working for Ken Ippolito if i had to chose one down side it would be that I have long work hours but not many home hours but then again that to is a plus.
