      Pros

      RMD Advertising has come a long way with their management and leadership. The environment is very welcoming, opening, and fun!

      Cons

      RMD has some pretty weird work hours, but I am sure that will be adjusted. Also a bit under paid.

      New Management Brings Exciting Changes and Growth

      Pros

      Positive work environment, effective communication, and strong focus on professional development. I’ve been here eight years and I’ve never seen such growth! New clients are flooding in and the team is advancing in skills with tech and training. New management has improved the culture and has brought the best out of everyone. The CEO is building up a team that is winning for RMD and themselves.

      Cons

      Not much… I love the direction we’re going! Technology is still improving but once there, we’ll be unstoppable. This is an exciting time and Rmd is the place to be!
