      Pros

      ROLLER is still in early on in it's journey. It's got a lot of talent and friendly people willing to help out and get stuck in. They do flexible working, and offer great perks and incentives to come into the office.

      Cons

      When they say fast pace, they mean fast pace. If you are someone who likes downtime between projects or a slower pace, this may not be the best fit for you.

      Pros

      ROLLER is growing like not many other SaaS businesses in Melbourne at the moment and I have seen it go from 210 ish to 270 in the first 6 months of me being here. The TA team is crushing it and I have loved every part of this role. We are moving on up with a focus on bringing in great people from all walks of life.

      Cons

      Growth like this struggles to find an off switch and although I love the ride, it is hard to switch off from work sometimes
