Pros

RORE is involved in many fields of the construction industry which offer great opportunity and provides competitive compensation while growing with the company as a team. Those who take advantage of this opportunity often find a family atmosphere where co workers become long time friends.

Cons

During my long term employment I have only encountered positive project experiences mostly due to the support of my co workers.
