      -Great work culture where mutual respect is prevalent. -Efficient Organizational structure. -Democratic process(yet efficient). -Real societal impact through CSR initiatives, including employability, education and preservation of heritage.

      Cons

      -Due to covid restrictions - work and discussion with colleagues have to quite often be done virtually, which may affect camaraderie.
