      Pros

      The culture is fantastic. Everyone is willing to help each other and celebrates wins regularly. Supervisors are supportive of work-life balance. Most leaders explicitly advance psychological safety. This is a mission-driven company focused on business goals in order to save lives.

      Cons

      The pay could be better overall. There is no locality pay resulting in staff working in areas with high cost of living effectively paid less.
