-Work outside with your friends and always have a killer tan. -The best company events-- they hosted bowling parties, club nights, employee field day, and employee pool parties. -Generous bonus and referral structure. -Tons of growth opportunities at this company, a high school student has potential to make this a full time career and progress from lifeguard to assistant manager, manager, pool operator, to area supervisor. -Amazing culture, office staff, and overall some of the best memories I'll ever have! -Subbing at other pools/hour capability, there's always an opportunity to work and make $$ during the summers.

-This is a seasonal operation for the most part, but there was opportunity to work full or part time at indoor pools during the winter. -Montgomery County, Maryland
