      Im still relatively new,but this is my thoughts I was greeted with a smile at the door on my first day. There was a clear plan for the 1st week etc Received a WhatsApp from Hr at the end of my 1st day to check in how my day was Family like culture Open door policy really means open door to all levels of the organization. Expectations was clear and explained from the beginning Coworkers are nice and helpfull Company seems very stable in the current economic situation Its exciting to be part of a market leader in the industry

      Cons

      No negatives as yet. Early bird gets a parking close to the office - if you come in later,you will park a bit further......but still safe parking
