Pros
RXA is the best company I’ve worked for. Jason puts his employees first and he’s got everyone buying into his vision. Too many positives to note for just one review.
Cons
I’ve yet to find anything negative after 1.5 years with the company.

-Work with really talented, hard-working, fun people -Transparency (quarterly firm meetings to go over business updates) -Ability to make an impact in the firm and take on more responsibilities -Be a part of a growing organization
Cons
Can feel some growing pain at times - but pretty standard in a younger company!
