There are a lot of pros..... Starting from 1. You will learn a a lot new things 2. Familier staff 3. Understanding and supportive boss 4. Time to time Activities 5. Work culture 6. Work Life balance 7. Good Projects and own product And so on... All in all if you are comfortable with small scale company. This will be your best choice.
