Awesome Team environment, Work is always something new. Whether that's learning about a new disease or new skill set. I love the balance between clinical, research and business work.

Cons

Can get boggled down in the minute details because of data collection. Ethical dilemma of business and patients is always hard to acknowledge even though its present in every healthcare setting.
