It was great and wonderful experience with at Radiumsoft. It's a small but the job was great and satisfactory.

Pros
Professional management team and friendly staff. Honest and hardworking team. Compensation is good. The work hours are flexible and supportive for personal time off. I got educational Benefits and I can take any course I want from the offered training programs at the company.
Cons
No Medical or 401K Benefits. Only two weeks paid time off Need to work on one of the weekend on rotation basis.
