      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for the the teams and people to grow. We have what I would consider world-class tools and a culture that helps us on our amazing growth trajectory! What more can you ask for.

      Cons

      No place is perfect. What I like about the company approach to challenges, is they address them head on instead of sweeping them under the rug.

Projects are meaningful and impactful, and it feels good to be part of a team that values both results and people.
