      Pros

      Rallyware has grown a lot over the years, and I've had the chance to grow with it. It’s a place where you can make an impact and see your work really matter. Leadership is supportive and encourages new ideas. It’s not the kind of place where you just follow orders—there’s room to innovate and contribute in meaningful ways. The team is smart, driven, and collaborative. You’re surrounded by people who push you to be better. The work is exciting and challenging. No two days are the same, and there’s always something new to tackle.

      Cons

      It’s a fast-paced environment, which is great if you thrive on change, but it can be a lot if you prefer a more structured, predictable workplace. Expectations are high, and you have to be self-motivated. If you’re looking for a job where you just clock in and out, this might not be the best fit.
