      Pros

      They are a very close team and has an exciting environment a lot of opportunity for growth, overtime and very excellent management skills.

      Cons

      72 hour weeks and if your not bilingual in Spanish it might be a difficult learning curve as far as communicating with the team and being a team player

      You feel like youre on a team and if you bring a team attitude people will like that and your days will be enjoyable too

      Cons

      sometimes it can get repetitive but i think that your attitude can make it better. wish there was cool a place to hang on lunch time
