The C level is committed to the team and are adding in the right support and talent There are always ways to find help and support when needed Often it is all hands on deck to get it right and it works out well for the customers and teammates Work life balance is prioritized

Cons

Lots of changes in the last year have been hard to deal with all at once but it was necessary Rapid change and lots of adjustments, not a con for some but you have to be willing to adapt on the go
