      Pros

      Ranfac has been around as long as they have for a reason. They are continuously improving and take great care of their employees - from a total rewards program, training and continuing education. Plenty of growth opportunity in a family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      The company has core values of accountability, adaptability and respect. If you don't possess these qualities, it may not be a good fit.

      Pros

      Ranfac's growth over my career here has been fun to be a part of. There have been obstacles along the way, but the company is always looking forward to its next opportunity. Being a part of this is extremely rewarding. The company sincerely cares about each and every employee in the building. Ranfac does business all over the world with the largest medical device manufacturers. The success they have with these companies is impressive for a company of its size.

      Cons

      There are virtually no cons to working at Ranfac. What you lose from what you get from working at a larger sized company, you gain from the opportunities that exist on a daily basis.

      Pros

      It is refreshing to work for a company and with team members that truly have a passion for what we do and stand for. The factory staff and support staff are committed, friendly, and truly care about the customer. Knowing what you do every day is to help improve someone's quality of life is refreshing.
