Rapattoni is a family orientied bussiness that cares about their employes well being not just what they can just do for the company. They promote from within. The opprtunities here are up to the individual. If you want to grow this is the company for you.

Cons

The headquaters is right next to a landfill so sometimes the sorrounding area is really smelly.
