Pros

Rapid-Line is a great place to work. I enjoy by job and coworkers. The benefits are great and it is an employee owned company with an added benefit of having an employee stock ownership plan. There is a focus on culture and growing engagement. The supervisors and management are supportive.

Cons

Currently short staffed in a few departments.
