Rapidflow is growing at a fast pace and beacuse of thatthe onboarding experience has been successfully revamped. Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideasand continually encouraging growth, both personlayy and professionally. Company understandswork-life balanceand actually respects that This is a place ypu can call home; many employees have been here for long time.

Cons

No Company is perfect, while we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.,) that come along with any growing company.
