Pros

Great work environment, passionate management and employees, good concept behind the business where the drive really is to make the lending experience better for investors and borrowers. Every department has a willingness to help you and each employee really wants to make sure you succeed and get the best out of your day.

Cons

No cons working for RateSetter. If you apply for a role, it's good to note that accountability is a big factor in this business. If you can't hold yourself responsible and you're not there to empower the people around you, it may not be the right fit.

Pros

Has a high-performance culture without the extreme pressure of other companies. Friday sailing and Thursday drinks, always a winner.

Cons

Was unorganised in my early tenure. Have been responsive to this and growth is not comfortable.
