      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      I really value our laid-back but high performing culture. Brokering involves alot of details compliance forms and 1 million extra steps. The management team here understands that and are very humane and down to earth while also being by the book. I'm very glad that I accepted this position. My managers are in it with me and the team is very focused on work. There is little time for anything but the client and the company objectives.

      Cons

      It can get pretty busy as with any brokering. When its busy its very busy and can become overwhelming but there is always a bit of downtime someplace, somewhere that allows you to catch up.

Management is receptive to new ideas and innovations, and they trust you to take ownership of your work. It’s an empowering, collaborative environment where your contributions really matter.
