Pros
One of the best reasons to work at Rattan Direct is the people. There are some very talented people that work at the company (in the UK, Kenya, China and Indonesia) and they are all a pleasure to work with. There is a very positive mindset around the company and the feeling that everyone is pulling in the right direction.
Cons
The benefits are not the best but they are certainly not the worst either.
