      Great direction and great leadership

      Pros

      Great leadership that is taking the company in the right direction and doing big things. As an AM it's important to represent a good product where customers are happy the vast majority of the time. My accounts and I get great support from our Customer Support and engineering teams.

      Cons

      Until recently there weren't always defined processes for some things making it hard to know what to do in some situations but that has been more defined and its going well.

      Pros

      Smaller teams so everyone pulls their weight. Collaborate environment. Always new progress and improvements to the software. Consistently hiring new talent.

      Cons

      Typical small cons of any startup.

      Really forward thinking group

      Pros

      Great flexibility (remote), understanding about family obligations, people work hard and seem to know what they are doing. The organization as a whole has a really cool vision to move into new disruptive spaces, and it is a very exciting time to be at Raven360

      Cons

      Not really any so far. They make the effort to get everyone together each year which is surprising.
