      Pros

      Provides opportunity for freshers to start a carrier in Analytics. Working over here feels like working at home and that is where startups differs with MNC'S . Best thing about here is learning , one get's hand's on different tools and that's too a level of experienced professional. Flat hierarchy, everyone is easily approachable.
