      I'm not at all micro managed, they also discretely provide bilingual chaperones to make sure you're ok coming and going to work on a daily basis just in case you need their assistance, even on weekends,thats company dedication. Unlike my previous employer that showed favoritism to a certain demographic of people 😉.
