Pros
I liked working here, the staff and field employees are like a second home to me. I looked forward coming to work every day, my colleagues encouraged me and supported me and proud of our achievements over these years. Very good people to work with and reflect embodiment of our real American grit and can do it attitude!
Cons
Nothing really, I would say may be providing partial ownership options for long term employees!
