Pros

The title says it all - if you are looking for meaningful work and a great team of people to do it with, REACH is the place for you! Important, impactful work with a mix of writing, event planning, and creativity. Not to mention, the team is filled with wonderful people I enjoy spending time when we get the chance. I'm thankful to feel part of a team that cares and supports one another all while producing excellent work for our clients.

Cons

Accountability, time management, positivity, and exceptional standards are all qualities for success at REACH and not everyone has them. Oh, and egos are not tolerated.

Pros

I value quality work and I take pride in mine! I find myself challenged in the best way that has led to professional growth. I appreciate the transparency of not only business operations but also the work we collaborate on as a team. Accountability is a must to be successful at REACH which speaks to the level of professionalism the team holds. I've learned a lot about EVs and clean energy and will continue to learn in the future.

Cons

Some former employees lacked the strong work ethic needed to be accountable for their time and the quality of their work, leading to substandard deliverables. As a result, turnover at REACH can sometimes be high through no fault of the organization.

Pros

Reach was the start of my career journey and because of that, I learned A LOT. Everything I tried and accomplished at Reach I was doing for the first time and because I’ve been at Reach for 4 years, I grew tremendously in all sorts of things. That being said, Reach was a very supportive and an encouraging place for me to grow. Even though we are remote, I have cultivated some great connections that will last me a lifetime! Overall reach was supportive, challenging (in a good way), welcoming, my team felt like a little family, and doing work across teams was also a delight for me. I truly enjoyed working with everyone. Plus, the benefits were great and we pretty much have every holiday off!

Cons

There have been times there is a lot of work and not enough time and people to do it BUT this is something I see Reach actively working on. Plus, in these times it is acknowledged and appreciated what everyone puts in. This is not a consistent thing as sometimes we have a lot of events and other times we do not. Personally for me, which is just something I have learned about myself in this experience, the travel and events are exhausting and take a lot out of you! It’s not necessarily a con but Reach is very fast paced and you have to be able to keep up. Having good time management skills and organization is necessary! You have a performance evaluation quarterly, which for me personally it felt like a lot. 3 months flies by and I just didn’t always have something new to add and reflect on so it felt like overkill sometimes.
