      Pros

      There is a total company buy-in of a People First philosophy. Time is spent right from the beginning making new and seasoned employees to feel part of the company family. Employees are treated as adults and you are given enough autonomy to own your position and get things done.

      A Small Company Doing the Right Things

      Pros

      Reading Plus has a great mission to help more students read better and overcome the challenges they face. In the pandemic, this is more important than ever. The company's culture is strong and built around transparency and collaboration. Their growth plans are ambitious but the commitment to achieve them is strong. The go-to-market strategy for 2021 is well thought out and well supported in terms of money and personnel - the Marketing team is especially impressive.

      Cons

      While the product is phenomenal, the company is still not well known in the education field. They are trying to change this, but it will take time. Typical challenges faced by most high growth companies are being experienced here as well - some misfires on hiring, trying new things (some work, some don't), but I am confident the team will figure it out.
