The people at RCS were awesome. The culture is very positive. You will work hard, but the environment is laid back and very friendly. I had my doubts after reading some of the reviews here, but I can say with full confidence that the negative reviews are not the case for how RCS is today. There is a decent work-load, but the work-life balance is easy to maintain. They value and reward results. All in all, I had an incredibly positive experience in my time at RCS and would absolutely recommend the company. If you want to work hard, learn a ton, and work alongside some amazing people this is a great place to be.

You can wear jeans everyday just as long as you look presentable. One of my favorite things about RCS! Not a stuffy office environment, everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY! RCS is definitely a place to come if you want to learn new things! This company IS NOT afraid of teaching those who have the drive and willingness to learn! I have learned so much here and enjoy everything that I do on a day to day basis. Lots of hours? Of course but when you have a company making as much profit as RCS you have to expect that right? RCS is a very successful company and is a place to grow and I feel very confident that this company will be around for many more years to come!
