Pros

The people and culture makes RED a fun place to work for. A bunch of smart people with different backgrounds coming together to solve complex problems. The work/life balance is good and there is plenty of room for advancement.

Cons

Like a lot of companies, RED has some technical debt that has accumulated over the years. The good news is that they are working with some new technologies like ReactJS for the new projects.

Pros

Always something going on. Great coworkers and atmosphere is positive. Location is in a nice area. Good amount of advancement within RED.

Cons

Only thing might be that it took a little long getting my systems all set up for my preference but that is minor.
