      Pros

      Real Green's environment is collaborative and during the pandemic/work from home situation, extremely understanding and supportive of individual circumstances. It's a work environment that encourages innovation and creative thinking. Highly recommend it as a great place to work.

      None really. My Real Green experience has been a good one overall.
